I know what it takes to build a great career and high performing teams. For over 13 years, I led successful teams, collaborated with C-level executives, and was repeatedly promoted to leadership positions.

I successfully negotiated high salaries, retained highly skilled experts, and mastered the art of career management to work less but more effectively.

I am a huge believer in Life Long Learning so I completed the Executive Leadership course at Oxford Business School and specialize in career coaching for leaders, IT professionals, and those who seek better life balance.

My passion lies in building people up, identifying their strengths, and increasing their self-awareness. Throughout my career as a Delivery Director and Project Manager in the IT & Digital sector, I’ve played a key role in process improvements and establishing high-performing teams.
